Uneven Growth: Tactical Urbanisms is Expanding Megacities is a show organized by the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York that focuses on emerging trends in six major urban metropolises: New York, Rio de Janeiro, Mumbai, Lagos, Hong Kong and Istanbul. The uneven growth of these cities challenges conventional assumptions about the relationship between formal and informal urbanism, authoritarian and participatory planning, and suggests possible changes in the role of architects and planners in tune with these trends. Vazio S/A appears in the exhibition catalogue with Topographical Amnesias II, a project done in partnership with architect/artist Louise Ganz.
