One of the largest architecture websites and the more popular in Brazil, Archdaily (BR) just published a review on Collateral Spaces. Bilingual compendium of fifteen proposals by architects and artists, the book is the result of a project dedicated to research and exhibition practices – by architects, offices, schools of architecture, independent collectives etc. – that “expand the traditional boundaries of the discipline, negotiate the social reach and the cultural relevance of architecture, and reposition the architect in the contemporary political and cultural scene.”
Published in 2008, Collateral Spaces is out of print but can be read online at http://www.colaterais.org/
